Our professional service organization has a wide range of expertise. We are reliable, dependable and dedicated to fixing products, both current and older equipment to assure maximum utilization and customer satisfaction. On average our service staff has over 20 years experience diagnosing and repairing the following equipment: currency counters, currency scanners, coin sorters, coin packagers, lobby coin counters, check encoders, check scanners, check readers, teller cash dispensers, teller cash recyclers, ATM machines, shredders and kiosks.
Our company provides annual support agreements which include scheduled preventative maintenance that continue to improve the equipment uptime.
We are courteous to branch personnel and respectful of their need to have equipment up and running as soon as possible so they can provide good customer service.
We install & support equipment locally (PA, NJ, DE & MD) and manage installations & support with other distributors throughout the USA.
Our company began in 1957 and our entire focus is money processing systems and equipment. We are large enough to provide expert service and small and nimble enough to respond to the evolving needs of our customers.
Our membership in professional organizations; such as, Business Technology Association and Financial Equipment Dealers Support Group, increases our knowledge and strengthens our ability to service various brands of equipment through access to service documentation and parts.
Our membership in IFI (Insured Financial Institutions) and FMS (Financial Managers Society) helps to keep us current regarding the challenges and opportunities of the banking industry.
We have invested heavily in both technical and intellectual resources to position ourselves to meet the product and support requirements of financial institutions for the foreseeable future. Our 6th generation information technology helps us track and manage the diagnosis, service and repair of money processing equipment.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Printer ribbons for coin counters, receipt paper for coin counters, coin bags and night deposit bags, receipt and journal paper for ATMs, endorser and MICR ribbons for check encoders and cleaning kits for check scanners.
File Transfer Used for Sending Large Files. Please contact us for a password.
